JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic consultancy and analytical expertise to educational consultancies and channel partners, recruiting students to the different universities. The post holder will assess organisational objectives, operations, and performance; analyse data and market trends; and deliver evidence-based recommendations that enable clients to improve efficiency, compliance, and outcomes. The role supports institutions in designing and implementing strategies for growth, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring sustainable improvement and alignment with best practice with student admission processes. Digitalization of all process such as analyse, design, and deliver IT systems that support and enhance student admissions processes across multiple universities. The post-holder will also ensure that technology solutions streamline application management, improve the student experience, and enable the consultancies to operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with data protection and university requirements. This will ensures accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission of critical records while adhering to institutional and governmental regulations. It will ensure smooth student admission and visa processing by maintaining error-free documentation. It also reduces the risk of application rejections or delays and enhances clients trust through organized and transparent record keeping.

ROLE:
• Provide market entry strategies for international education providers and Support in organizational restructuring, HR strategy, and financial planning.
• Facilitate channel partners workshops and consultations, leadership teams, and regulators.
• Analyse educational data: enrollments trends, student performance, financial reports, market demand.
• Conduct competitor and market research and Translate findings into clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work with consultants to design evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Analyse business needs and translate them into process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Support channel partners and back-support teams by clarifying university requirements, deadlines, and application procedures.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams, management, and the University, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate operational workflows, recommending changes to reduce errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
• Optimize and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry, efficient reporting, and smooth communication.
• Develop structured systems for CRM reporting, documentation, and performance tracking across teams.
• Support the adoption of digital tools and CRM enhancements to improve admissions management and client servicing..
MAIN DUTIES:
Provide accurate information and impartial advice to students and parents on courses, institutions, scholarships, and career options. Assist clients in evaluating and comparing educational opportunities.
Research and analyse education market trends, student preferences, and competitor activity and produce reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Stay up to date with changes in educational policies, visa regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in training, workshops, and continuous learning activities.
Engage with admissions teams, students, and partner universities to understand requirements and challenges in the application and enrollments process.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and usability.
Analyse existing admissions workflows (inquiry, application, document verification, offer, acceptance, and enrollments).
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
Evaluate digital tools (CRM, application portals, student databases) and recommend improvements.
Design secure, scalable architectures for admissions management systems, ensuring smooth integration with partner university systems.
Ensure interoperability between student information systems (SIS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
Implement data governance, GDPR compliance, and cybersecurity standards for handling student records.
Explore emerging technologies such as AI-driven application tracking, chatbots for admissions queries, and predictive analytics for student recruitment.
Develop system specifications, process flows, and user journeys to optimize admissions efficiency.
Lead the design and deployment of online application portals, dashboards, and workflow automation tools.
Coordinate with developers, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful system delivery.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training for admissions staff.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and usability.
